We stand behind our products if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
This is possible up to 10 days after receipt of your order, subject to our terms and conditions. We provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery.
Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable.
Special for Mugs and T-shirts
For the mugs and the T-shirts, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.
How to return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to return it send us an email with the reason of the return at email@example.com before you send it in order to give more information how to proceed
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-4 business days.
